My wife and I got married on Valentines Day weekend in 2017 down at coal Harbour and Tom and Karen were our DJs for the evening. Tom and Karen put on a fantastic evening for us and our guests danced and requested songs all night. Tom played the music list we picked while working with him prior to the wedding and supplied all the light shows. The equipment worked great and our guest were able to give their speeches with no problems. Tom and Karen were great to work with and they were always available throughout the whole process. I have known Karen for many years and she is consistently an happy go lucky, good vibe type of person all hours of the day. This is a good thing during a stressful wedding launch. We hired Little H Entertainment for our wedding which was held in August at our home in the Fraser Valley. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. Tom is exceptionally talented and we couldn’t have been happier. Tom is not just a ‘dj’. His expertise goes beyond that. We chose the package that include emceeing. Tom coordinated the guest tables to enter the buffet as well as introducing guest speakers. He added some light hearted games for the guests to call up each table and kept everyone amused. He is professional and very experienced. His wife Karen, is amazing. Karen helped to co-ordinate the order of events from the time we arrived to the reception area. Her liaising with the caterers and the bar left nothing for the Bride and Groom to tend to. She made everyone feel welcome and kept the first part of the reception flowing. From the time we booked with Little H, Tom and Karen were both so professional yet very friendly and helpful. We met with them to book and then a few months they came to our home to see our reception set up prior to the wedding. Their business is run efficiently and we are very lucky to have had them work with us. They made our wedding reception the success it was! Everyone had a great time. Dan and I met Tom & Karen at Trivia night @ Frankie G’s through friends that are regulars there. They are 2 people with big hearts, not to mention one of the most funnest couples we have ever met! We were so impressed by Tom’s music selection that we asked him to DJ at our wedding. On the day of the wedding, they made sure everything ran smoothly. During set up, we ran into a situation with the restaurant with the speaker wires for the slideshow and Tom helped us resolve the issue right away. Tom to the rescue!! The cocktail hour and dinner music was absolutely perfect and the dance music in the evening was fantastic. They catered to our choice of music and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good time. It was an awesome party, everyone had a blast!! “Little h” is a fun night for everyone! We have had them for the past three years at our Christmas Party and every year it is a lot of fun. I have had the pleasure of working with Tom in several different venues. While working with the Richmond Soccer Board, Tom offered his services for our Year End wrap up and jamboree. He brought his equipment to the field, set it up and provided a great background for our Season wind up. The families really enjoyed his contribution to the day.
When I got involved with planning Matthew McNair’s Dry grad in 2014, I immediately thought of Tom for our DJ. I knew he was someone the kids could relate to, and our committee could work with. He was catching a plane the next morning, but did not mind staying up most of the night with us. We went for a bit of a low key background music venue, but that in itself was above and beyond. He had lights, speakers and the kids really enjoyed the music that was played. We could not have been happier. In fact, had we not booked other entertainment we would have gladly expanded Tom’s role in the evening. When we held our Dry Grad review, the entire executive committee agreed that they would have Tom back in a heartbeat! Even some of the committee members for the 2015 Dry Grad told me they had grabbed his cards before they left our party. They were that impressed with him and what he had brought to our night. I would recommend him immediately to anyone looking for DJ services. Thanks Tom – you helped make our kids Dry Grad event even better!
